This workshop seeks to establish strategic capability planning in the EU.
Individual plans of EU member states concerning their military capabilities should be better coordinated politically and strategically within the EU to render them more efficient, targeted, and appropriate for the respective level. This will also strengthen the European pillar within NATO. The goal of the workshop is to develop a concept of strategic capability planning supported by all member states.
