A virtual meeting of national drug coordinators which allows for the exchange of ideas on different aspects of modern drugs policy with particular emphasis on vulnerable groups. Together they will discuss aspects from the fields of prevention, early intervention and damage mitigation, and will present individual best-practice models. This agenda also highlights the specific challenges in terms of drugs policy posed by the current COVID-19 crisis.
