The Cooperation in Science and Technology, or COST, committee is an intergovernmental initiative that holds two meetings of the Committee of Senior Officials, or CSO, every year. The CSO is the central decision-making body of COST and is comprised of delegates from member countries. The aim of committee meetings is to discuss and make decisions on current COST-related political and strategic topics.
