At the end of Germany’s EU Presidency, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the German Development Institute (DIE) are convening a high-level debate on 14 December at 14.00. The participants will both take stock of Germany’s EU Presidency in the field of development policy and look ahead at post-2020 European development policy. The BMZ will be joined by high-ranking representatives of the upcoming Portuguese Presidency and the European Commission’s Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO).
