The presidency conclusions on gender justice in culture initiated by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media address this issue at European level for the first time. The online conference of the German Culture Council on 8 December 2020 is aimed at continuing the discussion of this issue with international experts. The conference includes in particular those actors who are involved in implementing measures to increase gender justice in European cultural and civil-society institutions. The conference is also intended to represent the broadest possible range of initiatives, networks and projects in EU member states and different arts sectors.
