On the occasion of the German EU Council Presidency, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) invites its alumni from all EU Member States to take part in an exchange about future questions of the European Union.
Under the patronage of Federal Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, the hybrid, interactive event will take place virtually for over 1000 interested participants. Around 50 DAAD alumni from the EU, who are based in Berlin, will take part on site.
In the run-up to the event, the DAAD alumni have formulated their ideas for Europe in the form of video messages. The diverse and creative brainstorming is accompanied on social media under the hashtag #DAADalumni4EU.
On 1 October, from 6-8 PM, the alumni have the opportunity to discuss the current opportunities and challenges of the European Union and ideas for the future of Europe with renowned German and European speakers.
