The conference is intended for the Directors of Paying Agencies of the individual EU member states to engage in a technical exchange. Under the Germany's Presidency of the Council of the EU, the thematic focus of the 2-day conference will be on the new performance-based delivery model of the Common Agricultural Policy that will be applied for the first time in the 2021-2027 programming period.
