The policy guidelines of the European Commission 2019-2024 show where consumer policy in the digital world is heading to in the coming years at European level. Policy-makers will discuss aspects arising from the Digital Service Act and the follow-up to the White Paper AI that are important from a consumer perspective with representatives from business, science and consumer organisations .
