Close coordination between the European Agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice (eu-LISA) and the member states is crucial for the success of complex projects to redesign the EU’s information architecture. To lend political visibility to this coordination, a meeting of the Management Board takes place every six months in intensive collaboration with the member state that holds the Council Presidency. That is why Germany is supporting the organisation of this meeting in the second half of 2020.
