The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety will host a hackathon on environmental data to kick off Germany’s EU Council Presidency. Participants from all over Europe will have the opportunity to work intensively on challenges such as the European energy transition and biodiversity and to develop creative, data-driven solutions and applications. A high-level jury will select the best ideas, which will then be promoted through monitoring and financial support.
The Federal Environment Ministry will host this event in a virtual format and broadcast parts of it via livestream.
