Given today’s challenges, the Chief Information Officers of EU member states need to have an informal dialogue about current digital transformation issues in Europe. The meeting, held under Germany’s Council Presidency, will focus on sharing experiences as regards initiatives and measures for addressing the coronavirus crisis in Europe.
As a rule, all CIOs of the EU member states meet twice a year. The EU Commission's department for informatics (DG DIGIT) has also been invited to attend.
