Interprofessional collaboration in healthcare is a topic that must be considered throughout Europe, because even though healthcare is a core national task, member states also face some similar challenges. Care provision structures are constantly becoming more professional and more complex but this does not lead to a reduction in the number of health care tasks - despite digitalisation and technology. Additionally, many healthcare sectors are already experiencing a shortage of skilled personnel.
Interprofessional collaboration is one way to resolve some of these issues. This event will take a look at what different member states are doing and how we can learn from one another.
