The event aims to jointly analyse the potential for change through research and technology in the tri-border region. The target group comprises stakeholders from science, administration and politics from the three participating countries. Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic as well as the state of Saxony and the European Commission. Workshops will cover the following topics: structural change through cross-border research with the Center for Advanced Systems Understanding as an example, model regions for structural change in Europe, management strategies for future structural change, actively shaping structural change through supraregional networking in Europe and innovation through digitalization, among others.
