The new EUROPASS will be issued to around 300 trainees in Berlin who have participated in one of the GoEurope mobility schemes funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

The event will also recognise institutional actors who have made outstanding contributions to the internationalisation of vocational education. As part of their experiences abroad, some trainees have produced multimedia content, which will be presented at the event. There will also be a panel discussion involving trainees and vocational training staff on the added value of international learning for both personal development and prospective employers. The event is part of an annual series of Europass events, which focus on different topics. In both 2019 and 2018, it was the best-attended Europass event in Germany. Michael Müller, the mayor of Berlin, and representatives from business and industry will take part in the event.
